Ralph Bradley

Ralph A. Bradley

Ralph Bradley founded the firm in 1988 and practices in the areas of worker's compensation, personal injury, and general practice law. Mr. Bradley is registered to practice before the Nebraska & Federal Courts.

During the past 30 years, Mr. Bradley has participated and managed all phases of civil litigation. His extensive and comprehensive courtroom experience includes successful litigation of cases before courts throughout Nebraska and before the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Under Bradley's leadership, the firm focuses on civil litigation, estate & probate, banking, bankruptcy, and general practice matters.

Marvin Andersen

Marvin L. Andersen

Marvin Andersen practices civil and criminal litigation in a variety of cases including personal injury, workers compensation, felony and misdemeanor charges, divorce, child custody, breach of contract. He has presented cases before courts throughout central Nebraska and Lancaster County.

Mr. Andersen received his undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School in 1980. He was first admitted in the District of Columbia and Maryland where he conducted many civil and criminal jury trials in federal and state courts and argued appeals before the highest courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Before moving back to Nebraska he was an Assistant Attorney General for the litigation division of the State of Missouri where he successfully brought consumer protection actions against 7-11 Corp and Walgreens. He has had a general litigation practice in Grand Island, Nebraska since June 2002.

Jamie Jankovitz

Jamie L. Mues Jankovitz

Jamie Mues Jankovitz practices Estate Planning and Administration Law, Banking, and Business & Corporate law. Ms. Jankovitz is licensed to practice before the Nebraska Courts.

Ms. Jankovitz has nearly 20 years of experience in banking compliance and regulatory administration, estate and trust administration — both personal and retirement trust administration, real estate and abstracting business. She has also worked in the non-profit arena. She is skilled at assessing the needs of the client during all phases of life: estate planning, estate management and final estate administration.
